Social Distancing day 74: 30th May 2020
The lockdown is slowly lifting.
The government is changing how we are isolating. Dominic Cummings actions have upset most of the people of the country and I have feared that people’s responses would be to say “Sod it. If he can, I can” and I have seen footage of people on the news in droves failing to distance in public. Over the past few days on family walks, I have seen the public coming back out into the parks and open spaces. For the most part it has been relieving to see them being responsible. It is uplifting to see this positive change.
Unfortunately, I still feel anxiety about this. What will happen? Will there be a second wave?
